In our pattern shop has several steps, we receive a request for offer from our customers via email. We make calculation of production in short time (one or two days) & then we are sending a best offer with delivery date for making pattern in quality defined by the customer.
After Receiving 2D drawing we make 3D review with distributing of pattern and exchangeable parts & core boxes. This 3D review we sending to our customers than they can see what they want to change and add extra parts.
In this case our customers can be sure that they will get what they want.
Two days before delivery we are sending by e-mail patterns and core boxes photos this is another optical control before delivery.
